Service Delivery Policy

Aurex ERP (operated by Avatar Technologies) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered electronically. This page explains how and when service is delivered after a successful sign-up or payment.
1. Digital service — no physical shipment
Aurex ERP is an online, cloud-hosted application. Nothing is shipped physically. All access is granted electronically through a web browser at https://aurexerp.com.
2. Free trial — instant activation
When you sign up at https://aurexerp.com/signup a workspace is created instantly — typically within seconds — and a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address. You can start using Aurex ERP immediately for a 7-day free trial with all paid features unlocked. No payment is taken during the trial.
3. Paid subscription — instant activation after payment
When you purchase a paid plan or the Accounting add-on:
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- On successful payment, your workspace is upgraded to the paid plan automatically and immediately — usually within 30 seconds of the payment confirmation reaching our server.
- A tax invoice is generated and emailed to your registered billing email address, and is also available for download from Settings → Subscription → Invoice history at any time.
4. Renewals
Annual subscriptions auto-renew on the renewal date listed in Settings → Subscription. Renewals continue access without interruption. We send a reminder email at least seven (7) days before each renewal.
5. Service availability
Aurex ERP is hosted on infrastructure designed for high availability (Mumbai region — ap-south-1). The Service is accessible 24×7 except for planned maintenance windows, which are announced in advance via email or in-app notice. Unplanned downtime is rare but possible; see Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
6. Account access issues
If you cannot access your account after payment or activation, please contact support@aurexerp.com with your registered email address. Support hours are listed on our Contact page.
