This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on https://aurexerp.com and the Aurex ERP application, why we use them, and your choices.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your browser to remember information about you. We use the term "cookies" loosely to also include similar technologies like local storage, session storage, and pixels.
2. The cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Service to work. You can't opt out, because the Service won't function without them.

2.2 Analytics (optional)
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which features people use, so we can improve them. We don't use cookies for cross-site advertising and we don't sell your data to ad networks.

2.3 Payment provider
When you upgrade or pay, our payment partner (Razorpay) may set its own cookies to process the transaction securely. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies.
3. Your choices
- In-app: we honour the "Do Not Track" signal where your browser sends it, by disabling optional analytics cookies.
- Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly-necessary cookies, the Service won't work — you won't be able to stay signed in.
- Opt-out of analytics: you can opt out of analytics cookies any time from Settings → Privacy. We'll remember the choice for that browser.
4. Tracking technologies we don't use
- We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
- We don't sell user data to data brokers.
- We don't fingerprint users for cross-site tracking.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in-app.
